- 2 pieces cinnamon stick small
- 5 cloves
- 2 green cardamom
- 5 tbsp oil
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
Instructions to make to make Butter chicken
- Marinate chicken with curd ginger garlic chilli paste turmeric powder coriander cumin powder tandoori masala 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder salt 1 tbsp oil and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours
- Now in pan take 2 tbsp oil add cinnamon cloves and cardamom..now add onion and garlic and ginger after 5 minutes add cashew nuts and melon seeds 2 minutes later add tomatoes kasuri methi and half of butter...mix and cook till tomatoes are properly cooked.. by closing the lid..add water if required..it will done in 10 minutes
- Transfer gravy in plate to come on room temperature..now grind the mixture well and strain with strainer to get final gravy
- Now take another pan and put oil and add marinated chicken and cook on medium high flame from both sides till it cooks and crisp
- Now take 2 tbsp oil and remaining butter add 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder and gravy..cook for 2 minutes add chicken and adjust constituency by adding required hot water..cover lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame..
- Now it's ready.. add fresh cream mix and serve with butter roti
