- as required Kasuri methi

- 2 tablespoon fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon Oil + 2 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
Instructions to make to make Butter Chicken
- Take bowl. Put chicken. Add all masalas and mix well. Keep it for 30 mins.
- Take kadai. Add one teaspoon of oil. Add onions and saute till it turns pink. Now add garlic and ginger and cashews. Saute for 2 to three mins. Add tomatoes and let it cook till it get softens. Add little water. Now let the mixture gets cool down.
- Make the paste of the above. Seive the paste. Take pan. Add one tablespoon of oil. Saute the marinated chicken. Cook it till it gets dry.
- Take heavy bottomed vessel. Add Butter and one tablespoon of oil. Add whole garam masala. Now add one teaspoon of kashmiri Red chilli powder and saute for 30 secs. Add the paste. Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add chicken keep stirring otherwise because of cashews it might stick to the bottom. Add coriander powder.
- Now cook till oil gets separated. Now add cream, kasuri methi, garam masalas and cook for two mins.
- Serve them hot with homemade beans or rotis.
