  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  11. 1 tsp tandoori masala
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 1 tbsp oil
  14. 2 tbsp ghee
  15. For Roti -
  16. 1 cup refined flour (maida)
  17. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  18. 2 tbsp oil
  19. 1/4 tsp salt
  20. as required Water
  21. For Vegetable -
  22. 1/2 cup onion, slice
  23. 1/2 cup tomato, slice
  24. 1/2 cup cabbage, slice
  25. 1/2 cup green, red, yellow bell pepper julienned
  26. 1 tbsp butter
  27. 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  28. 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
  29. 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  30. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  31. to taste Salt
  32. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  33. 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Steps to make to make Chicken Roll

  1. Making Dough - Take a mixing bowl add refined flour, wheat flour, salt, oil and mix it, add little water and makes a soft dough, cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes
  2. Marinate the chicken -
    Take a bowl add chicken pieces, curd, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, oil, salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix it properly and marinate for 30 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. Making Chicken -
    Heat oil and ghee add marinated chicken and cook on low heat,cover and cook some time till the chicken pieces is fully cooked and almost dry.keep aside.
  4. Making Vegetable -
    In a pan heat butter, add chopped onion and saute for a few seconds and then add all bell pepper, cabbage, tomato and stir fry for 2-3 minutes in high flame. Then add vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well and toss it properly until well mixed and cooking for 1-2 minutes then switch off the flame.stir fry vegetable is ready.
  5. Making Roti -
    After resting the dough again knead it 2 more minutes, divide it into 4 equa parts and roll each ball. Now dust some dry flour on rolling board, flatten with the help of a rolling pin.
  6. Now heat a tawa, place roti on it, first dry roast on both sides then add butter on both sides and roast them nicely.
  7. Assembling Roll -
    Take roti in a plate add some mayonnaise and tomato sauce and spread it.
  8. Then place some stir fry vegetable and some dry chicken pieces and roll the roti.
  9. Chicken Roll is ready serve it hot.
